Missions and boss fights

  • Mission 1 – Jungle Outpost: ancient ruins and palm trees. Boss: Steel Crab, a giant tank with a cannon, machine gun and mortar rain.
  • Mission 2 – Scorpion Dunes: a desert canyon at sunset. Boss: Viper Gunship, a helicopter that strafes, drops bombs and fires homing missiles you can shoot down.
  • Mission 3 – Ruined City: a burning city at night in the rain. Boss: Titan Walker, a mech that stomps shockwaves, fires missiles and sweeps a laser.
  • Mission 4 – Frozen Fortress: snowy mountains and pine forests. Boss: Iron Bastion, a fortress wall with two turrets guarding a shielded core.
  • Mission 5 – Volcano Lair: lava rivers and ash. Final boss: Inferno Titan, a faster, tougher fire mech that calls in drones.

Enemies

  • Riflemen: keep their distance and fire aimed shots. Crouch to dodge high bullets.
  • Grenadiers: lob grenades in an arc. Keep moving so they land behind you.
  • Knife chargers: run straight at you. Knife them or shoot them before they reach you.
  • Heavy gunners: armored soldiers who fire long bursts. Use bombs or the shotgun.
  • Drones: fly above you and drop bombs. Aim up or use homing rockets.
  • Bunker turrets and light tanks: tough, so save your bombs for them.

Coins and upgrades

Every enemy, hostage and boss gives you coins, and you keep them even when a mission fails. In the Upgrades menu you can buy Body Armor (extra hearts), a Bomb Belt (more bombs at the start), Firepower (more damage for every weapon) and an Ammo Pack (more ammo from crates). Your upgrades, stars and best scores are saved on your device.

Tips to beat every mission

  • Save hostages first. A heavy machine gun or shotgun makes the next fight much easier, and every hostage counts toward 3 stars.
  • Aim diagonally at drones and turrets on ledges instead of jumping into their fire.
  • Use the knife. Pressing Fire right next to a soldier does more damage than a pistol shot.
  • Jump over shockwaves and get out of the red laser line when the Titan Walker's eye starts to flash.
  • Keep bombs for bosses. A bomb does big damage, and red barrels near enemies are free explosions.
  • Stuck on a mission? Replay an earlier one to collect coins, then upgrade your armor and firepower.

If you love classic Metal Slug style games and other 2D commando and army shooters, Bullet Brigade brings that feeling to your browser with original pixel-art characters, five battlefields, rescue missions and an upgrade system that rewards every run.
