How to play the block puzzle game
- Press Play Game, then Play.
- You get three blocks in the tray under the board. Drag any of them onto the 8x8 grid.
- Fill a whole row or column and it pops, freeing up space and giving you points.
- When all three blocks are placed, you get three new ones. Blocks cannot be rotated, so plan ahead.
- The game is over when none of your blocks fit. Then try to beat your best score!
Scoring and combos
Every square you place is worth 1 point. Clearing lines is where the big points are, and clearing several lines at once is worth much more than clearing them one by one:

The combo multiplies your line points. Each move that pops a line raises the combo by one; it stays alive as long as you pop another line within three moves. A 4-line clear on a ×5 combo is worth 500 points by itself!
Tips for a high score
- Keep the middle open. Big 3x3 squares and long 5-block lines need a lot of room.
- Fill edges and corners first. Small and L-shaped blocks are perfect for tidying up the sides.
- Look at all three blocks before you place the first one, and pick an order where they all fit.
- Set up double clears. A row and a column that finish with the same block pop together for bigger points.
- Protect your combo. Keep a nearly full line ready so you can pop it on your next move.
- Avoid single holes. One empty square trapped between blocks is hard to fill later.
